Glen Ellyn Halloween Festival

Kids' Halloween Parade: 10 a.m.
Costumed members of the Glenbard West Marching Band will lead the annual Glen Ellyn Kids' Parade which steps off at 10 a.m. at Prairie Path Park (south of train station between Park Blvd. and Forest Ave.) on Saturday, October 25th. Kids should arrive no later than 9:45 a.m. to line up for the parade. The parade will proceed east through Prairie Path Park, south on Park, west on Duane, and north on Forest back to the starting point. Children will not need to register for the parade. Ribbon awards will be given to every participant. Please note: Hand-pulled strollers and wagons are the only vehicles allowed in the parade.
Downtown Trick or Treat: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Kids in costume can trick-or-treat in the downtown area on Saturday, October 25th. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children are welcome in stores and businesses featuring a "Trick-or-Treat Here" sign. The Chamber will be featuring children's crafts, face painting, and a variety of street performers.
