David Chipurnoi is the Vice President and Bank Manager of the Glen Ellyn branch of BMO, a role he has held since the summer of 2025. With nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry, David brings deep financial expertise and a strong commitment to helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals. A graduate of Cornell University, he remains actively engaged in the community through leadership and service.
David currently serves as a board member for Junior Achievement of Chicago and as President of the Cornell Club of Chicago, reflecting his passion for financial education, professional development, and strengthening connections across the local business community.

What is the Glen Ellyn Chamber Leads Group?
The Glen Ellyn Business Leaders’ Forum (GEBLF) is a referral-based networking group for Glen Ellyn Chamber members. The group brings together local business professionals in a supportive, collaborative setting focused on relationship-building and business growth.
GEBLF meets monthly on the second Friday from 7:30–8:30 a.m. Members share referrals, exchange ideas, and learn from one another, with only one representative per industry to ensure meaningful connections.
Annual fee: $50 (Chamber membership required)
