Ben is the owner of 2nd Family Home Care and Support Services, a licensed non-medical home care agency based right here in Glen Ellyn. 2nd Family provides compassionate in-home caregiving for seniors and adults across DuPage County and the western suburbs — from companionship and daily living support to respite care that gives family caregivers a much-needed break. Ben founded the agency after navigating caregiving for his own parents, an experience that shaped his belief that great care starts with treating every client like family.
What sets Ben apart is his focus on relationships over transactions. Before starting 2nd Family, he spent nearly two decades leading national sales and category strategy for major consumer brands, and he brings that same discipline and follow-through to home care: clear communication with families, carefully matched caregivers, and a genuine commitment to earning trust one visit at a time. What is the Glen Ellyn Chamber Leads Group?
The Glen Ellyn Business Leaders’ Forum (GEBLF) is a referral-based networking group for Glen Ellyn Chamber members. The group brings together local business professionals in a supportive, collaborative setting focused on relationship-building and business growth.
GEBLF meets monthly on the second Friday from 7:30–8:30 a.m. at NN Legal located at 45 S. Park Blvd., Suite 200, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.
Members share referrals, exchange ideas, and learn from one another, with only one representative per industry to ensure meaningful connections.
Annual fee: $50 (Chamber membership required)
